Hiker Trash for Android Is Ready To Test!
Here's how to "sideload" Hiker Trash v1.1.1 for Android
I’ve got the new version of Hiker Trash v1.1.1 ready for testing on Android devices. Since it’s not on the Play Store yet, you’ll need to “sideload” it. Please send feedback using the link at the bottom of this page because I don’t have a physical Android device to test, only a simulator. Thanks!
1. Download the App:

2. Open the File:
Once downloaded, tap the file in your notifications or “Downloads” folder.
The “Security” Popup: Android will likely say: “For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source.”
Tap Settings on that popup and toggle “Allow from this source” to ON.
3. Install:
Go back and tap Install. If Google Play Protect pops up with a “Blocked by Play Protect” warning, tap “Install Anyway”. (It only says this because I haven’t registered the digital signature with Google’s official store yet).
