I took the dinghy to shore and then walked to the grocery store which was about a mile away. I can’t believe I carried everything that I bought. In addition to this haul, I also had two 12 packs of Diet Coke, eggs and bread! (iPhone 12 Pro Max)The Little Buddy propane heater made its first appearance of 2022. I run this for about five minutes in the morning while making coffee to knock off the chill. I can’t wait to be back in Florida in November! (iPhone 12 Pro Max)One day I had to search the boat for something. It isn’t on the boat. In the process started emptying cabinets, lockers and all of the out of the way hidden places that I forget even exist. That lead to a project bigger purging process than I really wanted to tackle. This mess is just from the nav desk! (iPhone 12 Pro Max)On Thursday Avemar backed into a slip at the Maryland Yacht Club in a current with wind on the stern. It took a try or three but she made it. This weekend I’m attending the Seven Seas Cruising Association Annapolis 2022 GAM. Documents on the boat from the 1990’s show that previous owners were members of this group years ago. It should be interesting, plus the laundry machines are free! (iPhone 12 Pro Max)Here I am waiting for an Uber to ride to the grocery store. I have been anchored out for the past 6 weeks and being able to have someone drive you and your haul to the end of the dock is a treat! I didn't realize she's a double ender!
My Dad had one in FLA in the 1950's, he and my Mom sailed her to Bimini!
